“Thank you very much for all your help. I feel so much better now I have lost the weight and I am sleeping better too. I had a review with the nurse last week and she was really surprised and happy with me. I told her all the changes I made on the programme. My blood pressure is now normal for the first time in years and my blood sugars are back under control.”

Oviva, a healthcare technology company, partners with NHS Tayside to offer a more accessible and flexible Diabetes Support programme. By combining personal support from healthcare professionals with digital tools, Oviva provides a convenient and engaging solution for people who may struggle to attend in-person appointments. This remote delivery model also allows NHS Tayside to reach a wider audience, particularly important given the high number of annual Type 2 diabetes diagnoses.

Self-refer using the link above! You can access the programme through the mobile and tablet app, or by using a computer and internet browser, so you don't need to travel anywhere to participate.
